A bit about me
I’m sure you might want to know a bit about who you might be working with. Well here’s a lil bit about me…
I am originally from St. Louis, MO, but have also spent time living in Alabama and North Carolina. I moved out the the PNW in 2020 to start grad school at The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology where I graduated with my Masters in Counseling Psychology in 2024. Although I sometimes aspects of the Midwest I feel deeply at home here in the Pacific Northwest. I have long been emotionally and spiritually drawn to trees and immediately fell in love with the fuzzy green trees of the PNW. Living out here has also grown my relationship with the Earth in general in her many different forms. I believe that we have a lot to learn from the nature. I also am working my way through Seattle’s pizza restaurants to try to find the best slice of ‘za this city has to offer.
I have been in my own personal therapy off and on for the past 10 years and am grateful for the lineage of healers that have shaped both my own story and my approach to therapy. I have also had my own healing experiences with KAP and know the power it can have towards change and newness.
I consider myself to be a creative, thoughtful, deep, and playful person and I care deeply about reconnecting people to Love. During my off time I might be found doing ceramics, gardening, dancing, hanging out with friends, reading, baking, or spending time moving my body outside.
