Individual Psychotherapy
In person and virtual availability.
$150 for a 50 minute session.
$225 for a 80 minutes session.
I’m in network with Premera and Lifewise. If you have a different insurance then I can provide a superbill for you to send to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
In person only at this time. Client will need to pay for medical assessment and medicine (appointment cost is dependent on insurance coverage for a psychiatrist appointment and the ketamine itself will cost around $60 for 6 doses).
$150 per hour. These sessions last anywhere from 2-3 hours and we will discuss what amount of time is best for you depending on your needs and goals.
Unfortunately right now insurance does not cover dosing sessions. Insurance can be billed for preparation sessions and integration sessions before and after the dosing sessions though.

In person and virtual availability (in person strongly suggested).
$180 for a 50 minutes session.
$270 for an 80 minutes session.
Forest & Eco Therapy
In person in Ravenna Park. Open to discussing meeting in alternate locations as well.
$150 for a 50 minute session.
$225 for a 80 minutes session.
