Getting started is simple. Reach out through the contact form or send me an email—we’ll set up a video consultation call to get to know each other, to see if we’d be a good fit for working together, and to answer any questions you may have.

I currently offer individual therapy sessions in person and online. I also offer individual ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP) sessions. I am working towards being able to offer group KAP sessions and forrest/eco therapy sessions.

Many of my clients find working with me to be safe space and relationship to access and process emotions and experiences that have felt unsafe or too overwhelming to touch previously. We may start by analyzing things and learning the stories behind what your body is holding and then moving more into experiential work. And sometimes clients come in ready to process the emotions and experiences contributing to their stuck-ness, depression, anxiety, shame, etc and so we spend less time analyzing and skill building. Everyone is different and we will tailor the therapy experience to your needs. I hope to be a steady and grounded presence in the therapeutic space and to show up as a real human being with you.

50 minute sessions cost $150. I am able to bill Premera and Lifewise beginning October 1st and your cost will be dependent on your insurance plan. I can also provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance. Many insurance plans have out of network benefits that will reimburse some or all of the session cost. If you plan on billing insurance or submitting superbills it is recommended to contact your insurance before we start working together so that you know what sessions will cost you.
I do offer a limited amount of sliding scale spots based on availability and financial need.

This depends entirely on your previous experience(s) in therapy! I will say that I bring my self into the therapy space and view this as collaborative work rather than as me holding all the answers. I am not the therapist who will give you worksheets or tell you what to do with your life. I trust that you know your experience better than I do and together we will explore the origin of what you’re coming to therapy for and allow the body to process the emotions and experiences that it has been holding on to. And I will be present with you and attuned to you the whole time. Undoing aloneness—a core concept from AEDP therapy—is a key component of how I want to show up as a therapist.

KAP stands for Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy and is a form of treatment that is especially useful for persistent depression, trauma work, and for helping the body associate to dissociated experiences and emotions. I’m currently working on creating a page on my website with more info about KAP so stay tuned for that or reach out and schedule a free consultation where we can discuss what KAP might look like or if it’d be a good fit for you.
